How can I pay my bill?

Using your account number, which can be found on your invoice, you can pay online by logging into your account and selecting “Make a Payment”.

How often am I billed?

Invoices are mailed three times per year and include four month of service. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Why should I pay with online with automatic ACH?

Automatic ACH is a safe, and efficient way to pay your invoices. Simply find your routing and account information from a check and enter the information. Your payment will be automatically deducted three times per year. By using automatic ACH, you ensure your service will never be interrupted and you will never receive a late fee.

What do I do if my trash, recycle, or yard waste was missed this week?

If your trash, recycle, or yard waste was missed, please email us at service@pinwaste.com or call 858.848.9278. (858.848.WASTE). You may also log on to your account and select “Request Service”. We will schedule a recovery service truck to remove your waste as soon as possible.

Why do I have a late fee?

Each month a payment is late, a late fee is acquired. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. In order to keep prices low for everyone, rather than absorbing that cost into future invoices, we only apply it to those who are late. This fee covers the cost of collections. Waste removal is a prepaid expense. All payments are due before the first day of the service cycle.

What is Electronic Waste?

Electronic Waste (e-waste) could include anything with a cord, including microwaves, televisions, refrigerators, computers, or any small kitchen appliances. Log in to your account and check your service calender to see when your community is having a electronic waste collection event.

What is Universal Waste?

Universal waste includes light bulbs, household batteries, ink cartridges or cells phones. If  your community was provided a universal waste box, you may place items in the box. If you have items that do not fit in your universal waste box, no worries, just place the items in a clear bag curbside next universal waste removal event. Log in to your account and check your service calender to see when your community is having a universal waste collection event.

Why should I donate my unwanted clothing?

Any clothing that you donate for the unwanted clothing event will be upcycled with 50% of PIN Waste proceeds donated to Generosity Water. Generosity Water is a non-profit that provides clean water sources in developing nations. To learn more, visit www.generositywater.org
